Thank you for shopping with us at AzulHomeMahjong! We strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service.
To start a return, you can contact us at azulhomemahjong@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2787 152nd Ave NE, Redmond, WA 98052.

Returns Policy:
·Customer may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
·All items must be 100% complete and in original packaging.
·Include all original packaging materials.
·Any pieces shrink wrapped must be returned sealed and unopened.
·Returned merchandise is subject to inspection before issuing a refund.
·Once product condition is determined we will issue a refund.
·Clearly mark your order number on the outside of your box to avoid delays to your refund.
·All refunds go to the original purchaser. A full refund will be due provided the return is received within the return window.
IMPORTANT: For a timely refund, please send us the return receipt showing the correct return address we provided and tracking information.

Damages and issues:
·The buyer will need to pay for the return shipments; return shipping costs will be refunded if the return is a result of a defective item or a AzulHomeMahjong error.
·If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery with photos and details of the damage. Requests submitted after 7 days cannot be accepted. Our team will review your request and advise on next steps.
·If your order is lost in transit, please contact our customer support. We’ll work with the carrier to locate it, and if it’s confirmed lost, you can choose a replacement (if available) or a refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
·Product photos are gently enhanced for online presentation. Due to natural color variations, returns or exchanges based on color differences cannot be accepted.
·Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
·If you do not receive an item from you order, please contact our customer support team within 7 days. After 7 days, our customer service team will not be able to replace the missing item.

Exchanges:
·Replacements and exchanges are not supported.
·Customers can return their original order for a refund and create a new order for the replacement.
·Customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges and the shipping charges on the new purchase. Please follow the Return Guidelines above when returning item(s).

Return Authorization:
·If any playing pieces are out of their shrink wrap (excluding Mahjong tiles): 50% of the item's price. Any Set that has obvious signs of use: 50% of item's price. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item's price
·If you receive approval from our customer support team to return a damaged item, they will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed. Please note that we require the item to be returned in its original packaging, including any accessories or promotional materials that were included. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the returned item is not in its original condition.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
