Order Processing Time
- Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
- During holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing and shipping times may be extended. We recommend placing orders early during these times.
Once an order has entered processing or shipment, it cannot be modified, combined, or canceled.
Shipping Rates
Free Shipping (U.S. Orders Only)
- Retail Orders over $200 USD qualify for free standard shipping.
- Wholesale Orders over $1,000 USD qualify for free standard shipping.
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when the applicable threshold is met.
Flat-Rate Shipping
- Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will incur a flat shipping fee, displayed at checkout.
- Shipping fees are calculated based on order contents and destination.
Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days after shipment. -
Expedited Shipping
Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days after shipment.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time will be processed on the next business day.
Expedited Order Fulfillment
- Expedited orders are processed within 1 business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, depending on package size and destination.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Order Tracking
- Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
- Customers may also log in to their account to view order status and tracking updates.
International Shipping
- Orders shipped outside of the United States do not qualify for free shipping.
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
